to join our dynamic team in a

Treatment Coordinator role

that blends clinical expertise with communication and coordination skills.

About the Role:

As our CDA Treatment Coordinator, you'll do more than assist chairside--you'll be a key part of guiding patients through their orthodontic journey. You'll be responsible for

piecing together treatment plans

, understanding the flow of care, and booking appointments in the proper sequence. While we'll train you on our specific systems, we need someone who understands the

"why" behind the "how"

and can confidently communicate it to patients.

What We're Looking For:

Certified Dental Assistant with Ortho Module

(mandatory)

3-5 years of experience

, ideally with orthodontics A

confident, outgoing personality

with strong communication and sales skills Reliable, professional, and thrives in a

high-functioning, fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills and comfort with digital tools (we use

Tracker

and

digital charting

)

Schedule:

Minimum 32 to 40 hours/week

Clinic Hours:

Monday:

7:30 am - 5:00 pm

Tuesday:

7:30 am - 6:00 pm

Wednesday:

7:30 am - 6:00 pm

Thursday:

7:30 am - 5:00 pm

Friday:

7:30 am - 3:00 pm (

Compensation & Perks:

$30-$36/hr
