Position Overview:

We are seeking a

Dental Assistant

who is also interested in expanding their skills beyond the operatory to support with

front desk responsibilities

and

sterilization

. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is:

Passionate about dentistry Organized and detail-oriented (especially with IPAC and sterilization protocols) Eager to learn new skills, including administrative and patient care responsibilities Looking for a long-term, stable career with a team that values continuing education and professional growth Energetic, warm, and loves interacting with people

Key Responsibilities:

Chairside assisting for dentists and hygienists Sterilization, disinfection, and maintaining strict IPAC compliance Supporting front desk duties: greeting patients, booking appointments, managing recalls, and helping with day-to-day administration Contributing to a positive, welcoming environment for both patients and team members Staying up to date with continuing education, training, and new technologies Assisting in the smooth flow of the clinic and contributing to the success of the team

What We're Looking For:

Level II Dental Assistant (preferred, but Level I with strong motivation to grow will be considered) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Interest in cross-training and learning new aspects of clinic operations (front desk, admin, sterilization) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A bubbly, positive personality with a genuine desire to help patients feel at ease Commitment to long-term growth with our team and adding value to the clinic

Hours:

Tuesday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
