We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. Duties

Assist dentists during various procedures, including orthodontics, pediatrics, and general dentistry Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments using CAD technology and other sterilization methods Manage patient records using dental software such as Dentrix and Epic Take and develop dental radiographs as needed Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Handle administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and managing patient check-in/out as a dental receptionist Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and medical terminology in patient charts Support the team with inventory management and ordering supplies

Requirements

Proven experience in dental assisting, with knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Familiarity with dental software such as Dentrix, Epic, or similar platforms Experience with orthodontics, pediatrics, or CAD is a plus Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Certification or training in dental assisting preferred but not required; on-the-job training available for motivated candidates Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry is advantageous

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
