DENTAL ASSISTANT LEVEL ll

Busy dental office in Mississauga, ON, looking for a dental assistant to join our team! We are a well-established dental office in Mississauga, ON, offering all scopes of dentistry. Job entails a mix of chair-side assisting as well as floating for our 5 hygienists.

Offering Full Time or Part Time

Full Time Schedule Includes:
Wednesdays: 11am - 7pm
Thursdays: 11am - 7pm
Fridays: 8am - 3pm
Saturdays: 9am - 3pm
Sundays: 9am-3pm

Part-Time Schedule Includes:
Wednesdays: 11am-7pm
Thursdays: 11am - 7pm
Fridays: 8am - 3pm
Saturdays: 9am - 3pm

Position would be replacing a retiring assistant.
Looking to start above schedule in January, however, would like to start 3-4 days a week starting in December.

AbleDent knowledge an asset.

Candidate should have good communication skills, both written and verbal, must also be reliable, willing to learn, and must be able to work in a team setting.
Excellent documentation is key!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: communicating with the dentist, seating patients, sterilization, taking x-rays, taking alginate impressions, fabricating whitening trays, patient education, screening patients, turn over rooms, sterilize instruments, and help with x-rays, polish, and exams with hygienists as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
