Job Description

Dentistry on Liverpool is looking for an

exprerienced

certified level 2 dental assistant to join our team of professionals in Pickering.

Our office is a patient-focused, modern dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional care in a friendly and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

:
Assist the dentist during procedures, including passing instruments and preparing materials.

Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment.

Ensure patient comfort and provide clear instructions before and after treatment.

Take and develop dental X-rays as required.

Maintain accurate patient records using dental management software.

Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.

Qualifications

:
Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) with HARP certification.

Must have NDAEB cerification

Strong knowledge of infection control and sterilization practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with Health and Safety Abeldent is an asset.

At least 2 years of relevant dental experience is required for this position.

Experience in orthodontics will be considered an asset.
