We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will support the clinical team by providing exceptional patient care, assisting with procedures, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Experience with dental software such as Tracker will be highly valued. Duties



Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments in accordance with infection control protocols Assist the dentist during various procedures, including orthodontic treatments and pediatric dentistry Take and develop dental radiographs using CAD technology when necessary Manage patient records using Epic and Dentrix software systems Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient inquiries, functioning as a dental receptionist when needed Ensure patient comfort and address any concerns throughout their visit Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment in compliance with health regulations

Qualifications



Certification in Dental Assisting from an accredited program Prior experience with Epic, Dentrix, and CAD systems is preferred Knowledge of orthodontics, pediatrics, and medical terminology enhances effectiveness in this role Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience or familiarity with dental receptionist duties is a plus Willingness to learn new technologies and procedures to support continuous improvement in patient care

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
