We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will support the dental team by providing exceptional patient care, assisting with procedures, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Duties

Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments in accordance with infection control protocols Assist the dentist during various procedures Take dental radiographs using Patterson Imaging Manage patient records using dental software--Abeldent Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Ensure patient comfort and address any concerns throughout their visit Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment

Qualifications

Proven experience in dental assisting, with knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures Familiarity with dental software platforms such as Abeldent is preferable but not required Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients of all ages Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Certification or training in dental assisting is highly desirable

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
