Modern digital progressive Markham Dental office seeking a full time level 2 dental assistant ASAP. Hours required are Mondays 11:30am-7pm, alternating Tuesdays 8:30am-4pm and 11:30am-7pm, Wednesdays 11:30-7, and Fridays 8:30am-4pm and 1 Saturday a month 8:30-4:00pm.

We are a busy general practice dental office that has the up and coming digital dental technology. We are looking for a motivated team player that has a strong will to learn and improve in digital dentistry. The successful candidate will be able to assist the Dentist with all restorative procedures, take Itero scans, Invisalign photos and take digital x-rays and do sterilization and floating if necessary.

Ideal person will be someone that likes to work independently, takes initiative, has interpersonal and communication skills. We are an extremely busy office with 6 operatory running with up to 3-4 hygienist running on some days.

We are an Invisalign Diamond Pro provider office. Experience in Invisalign and orthodontic appointments will be an asset but not necessary, training will be provided.

Requirements:
- Level 2 assistant and written NDAEB exam

- new grads welcomed
- Excellent English with great communication skills
- A team player with a great attitude

- detail-oriented with a love of learning

- can work under stressful situations and multi-task

Assets but can be trained:

- ITero scanning and Invisalign records

- Dentrix and Dexis software knowledge

- Digital photography experience

- Orthodontic module
