We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care while assisting the dental team in various clinical and administrative tasks. This position requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This position also requires working at two locations

Duties

( Not inclusive to)

Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, scanning,taking dental impressions, preparing instruments and materials etc. Take digital dental radiographs (X-rays) while ensuring patient safety. Maintain accurate patient records and update information using dental software Abeldent Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain cleanliness in the treatment area.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Level II Dental Assistant, Familiarity with Abeldent software Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact positively with patients and team members. Ability to understand medical terminology related to dentistry. Certification in Dental Assisting WHIMIS, CPR ( Other Public Health IPAC can be taken, once joining our office . These are mandatory.
