We are an established newly rennovated Dental Practice in the growing community of Signal Hill, Calgary. Our practice is committed to excellence in patient care and have a strong established long term patient base. We offer almost all dental treatment options including Orthodontics, Invisalign, Dental Implants, Sedation and Full mouth Crown and bridge or Veneers. We have the most advanced treatment technologies including a CBCT and the new Itero Lumina scanner.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience with Dentrix, surgery, IPC and have excellent organizational and communication skills. Must be a team player and be able to build strong patient relationships with our current and new clients. The individual will be responsible for IPC, notes, treatment planning coordination with the Dentist, operatory/ instrument/ equipment setup/maintenance, lab and supply ordering, management, maintenance and record keeping.

Responsibilities:

Clinical chair side assisting Patient management, review and update health history and treatment planning with Dentist Organization, cleaning, set up and take down of treatment rooms Maintenance of instrumentation, IPC and dental supplies Patient notes and laboratory coordination Help with the coordination of patient treatment planning and bookings with the front office staff. Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behavior. Maintain a detailed understanding of current practice health and safety requirements Knowledge of Dentrix software

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA II)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $ 25 - $ 37 Hour pending experience

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
