Lead Dental Assistant

to join our upbeat and collaborative team! In this key role, you'll help deliver great patient care, support our dental team, and keep things running smoothly day to day. What You'll Do

Assist the dentist during procedures while keeping patients comfortable and cared for. Prep, sterilize, and organize instruments and equipment following safety protocols. Take dental X-rays as needed. Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records. Help educate patients about their treatments and post-visit care. Work closely with the whole team to keep things running efficiently and with a smile!

What We're Looking For

Experience using

Dentrix

software is a big plus. Ortho and/or sedation training is an asset. Comfortable with dental terminology and supporting different types of procedures. Great communicator who enjoys building trust with patients and teammates. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. A positive attitude and team-first mindset!
