Job Description
Are you a friendly, reliable, and organized Level II Dental Assistant looking to join a small, supportive and professional dental team? Our dental practice in Markham is seeking a dedicated individual to fill a
12-month maternity leave
position.Key Responsibilities:
Provide chairside assistance during a wide range of dental procedures Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment Sterilize instruments and follow all infection control protocols Take and develop dental radiographs Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care Support administrative staff with patient flow and coordination as needed
Qualifications:
Certified Level II Dental Assistant, Dental Assistant Level I or HARP certified foreign dentist CPR certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience with dental software is an asset (e.g., Paradigm and Eva Soft)
Compensation:
Wage to be determined based on experience
Schedule:
Part-time hours --- Wednesday's 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
