The Dental Assistant is responsible to provide non-certified assistant duties to the dentist and Certified Dental Assistants, to ensure a level of high-quality care for the patients including providing chairside assistance to dentists, performing dental procedures, and performing related administrative support duties. The Dental Assistant will ensure the disinfection and sterilization of dental equipment and instrumentation. Infection prevention and control is an important function of the position including ensuring appropriate maintenance of sterilization equipment.
Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Wednesdays & Thursdays Shift #1 2nd Fridays Shift #2, Days - 08:45 to 17:35, 12:30 to 16:30
