The opportunity:

We are currently looking to hire a Dental Assistant to expand. The successful candidate will have a passion for building strong patient relationships and contributing to their ongoing oral health. Join an organization making a difference in the community and in your future.

Responsibilities:

Assist dentist, update charting, sterilize equipment and operatories.

Providing consistent patient experience visit

Establishes strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behavior

Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients' expectations

Demonstrate active listening and empathy to patients using effective communication skills

Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Cleardent software an asset but not required.

Immunized for hepatitis A and B.

A Smile

Starting wage at $20. Range is $20-23 per hour depending on dental assisting experience and training achieved. X-ray module starting wage is $24. CDA starting wage is $30. Temp CDA with orthodontic module starting wage $33.

Pay: $40,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
