What You'll Do
Assist the dentist chairside during procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms, following strict infection control protocols.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental procedures.
Take and develop X-rays (if certified) and maintain accurate patient records.
Support front desk operations as needed, including scheduling and patient communication.
Contribute to a positive, patient-focused clinic environment.
What You'll Bring
Experience as a Dental Assistant (preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn).
Certification as a Level I or Level II Dental Assistant (if required in your province).
Strong verbal and written communication skills -- you're as good at explaining care as you are at providing it.
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a busy schedule.
A collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently or as part of a close-knit clinical team.
Comfort with dental software systems and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
