Our team of dental professionals works collaboratively to create a welcoming and efficient environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Aide to join our team and support daily clinical operations.

Job Summary:

The Dental Aide will assist dental professionals with patient care, sterilization of instruments, preparation of treatment areas and take down of treatment areas to ensure a smooth workflow and an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities:

Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures

Assist dental hygienists and dentists during examinations and treatments

Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment

Escort patients to and from the treatment area and help them feel comfortable

Maintain patient records and update charts as needed

Manage inventory and restock supplies

Ensure cleanliness and compliance with infection control protocols

Perform other administrative or clinical duties as required

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting preferred

Sterilization Technician certificate is not require, but considered an asset

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Friendly, patient-focused demeanor

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

Evening shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
