This position is 5 days a week, no evenings past 7pm and alternating Saturdays. We are always closed on the Saturdays of long weekends.

The shifts are 8 hours and include a 30 minute PAID lunch break!

As we are a very busy clinic currently in the process of expanding and are looking for an additional team member.

Duties would include but not limited to:

Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed. Confirming Appointments. Updating patient records. Importing Specialist letters and x-rays from Encrypted portals. Dental Insurance experience and knowledge of billing order. Sending dental claims by EDI, mail, or through the Dental insurance companies' portals. Collecting payments. Follow up of Dental Insurance claims. Sending and interpreting Dental Predeterminations, both electronically and through the Dental Insurance portals. Using RecallMax, our confirmation and reminder software, for booked appointments and unscheduled recall appointments. General office duties, such as answering telephones, scanning documents, faxing, and printing.
We are looking for someone who is a team player, has great communication skills, and be a friendly and efficient first point of contact for our wonderful patients! Our office is located close to Fish Creek Train Station in the South West.
