Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented dental Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional support to both staff and clients. This position requires proficiency in various administrative tasks, including managing electronic medical records and handling multi-line phone systems. Experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred.

Duties



Manage front desk operations, greeting patients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy. Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for staff members. Handle incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, directing inquiries as necessary. Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure compliance with privacy regulations. Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a positive experience for all clients. Collaborate with dental and medical staff to facilitate efficient office operations. Utilize software applications (tracker)for patient management and record keeping. Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and correspondence management. Stay updated on medical terminology to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications



Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is essential; experience with Epic is a plus. Knowledge of tracker software is preferred but not required. Strong understanding of dental terminology to assist in communication within the healthcare environment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in administrative duties, including managing front desk responsibilities and office operations. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 38 per week
