We're looking for a Dental Adminstrator to join our growing practice and help us deliver exceptional care and outstanding service to our patients--while supporting a high-performing team.

Full-time Hours

Monday 8am-4pm

Tuesday 11am-7pm

Wednesday 11am-7pm

Thursday 8am-4pm

Friday 8am-2pm

What You'll Do

Greet patients warmly and ensure every visit starts on a positive note Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups Handle patient records, billing, insurance submissions, and payment processing with accuracy Coordinate daily front desk operations to keep the day running smoothly Collaborate closely with clinical staff to support excellent patient care

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of dental administration experience (Curve software knowledge is a bonus!) Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a patient-first mindset Organized, dependable, and able to stay calm under pressure A friendly, team-focused attitude and a desire to grow with us
