When I decided to open Knox Mountain Dentistry, I wanted to create a work environment that was unique - a place where the dental experience was positive and friendly and where team members were appreciated, valued and respected. I wanted to create a place where staff could work without fear of making mistakes because it is only through mistakes that we are able to grow and improve. I wanted to create a place of happiness, a place of rejuvenation and a place where employees are encouraged to use their unique skill set to grow both personally and professionally.
