Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining efficient office systems. This position requires a strong understanding of dental terminology and experience in a dental office settings. Proficiency in Cleardent software is essential.

Responsibilities



Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients and answering phone calls with professionalism. Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the office. Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding services offered. Maintain accurate electronic dental records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations. Assist with billing and insurance verification processes. Coordinate communication between dental staff and patients to facilitate care. Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures and enhance patient experience.

Experience



Previous experience in an administrative role within a dental office is required. Familiarity with electronic medical records systems (Cleardent) is a plus. Strong knowledge of dental terminology to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals and patients. Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.

Schedule



Monday 8:00am- 4:00pm Tuesday 11:00am-7:00pm Wednesday 11:00am-7:00pm Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm Friday 8:00am-4:00pm Saturday 9:00am-4:00pm (2/month if the Saturday is scheduled, the preceding Friday will be a day off)
