Job Overview


Our dental practice is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Administrator

to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, maintain electronic medical records, and provide exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with dental office software, and familiarity with medical terminology. Experience in a dental or medical office--particularly with

Tracker

--is strongly preferred. The Administrator plays a key role in delivering outstanding patient service while supporting our clinical staff.

Responsibilities



Greet patients and visitors professionally, creating a warm and welcoming front desk environment Manage multi-line phone systems, schedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries Maintain accurate electronic dental records using

Tracker

Verify insurance information and assist with billing and payment processing Handle appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations to support efficient workflow Prepare patient charts and ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory standards Coordinate insurance claims and follow up on outstanding payments Maintain an organized, clean office environment in accordance with health and safety guidelines

Qualifications



Previous experience as a

Dental Receptionist

or in a

Medical Office

is highly preferred Strong knowledge of dental terminology and proficiency with

Tracker

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office software Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Experience with insurance claims, billing, or healthcare administrative tasks is an asset Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail Experience with dental or medical office equipment is a plus

8:45 a.m. - 5:15 p.m.
