Job Title: Demo Ambassador

We are seeking an energetic and knowledgeable Product Demonstrator & Brand Ambassador to represent our brand through in-store demonstrations and off-site events. This role requires traveling to multiple locations and engaging customers by showcasing sports supplements, protein products, and vitamins. Ideal candidates are passionate about fitness, confident in sales, and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a brand ambassador, professionally representing the company at all times Conduct engaging product demonstrations at retail locations, events, and other off-site venues Educate customers on product features, ingredients, benefits, and general usage guidelines Provide accurate, compliant product information (no medical or therapeutic claims) Prepare and distribute samples (where applicable) in accordance with Food Safe and local health regulations Drive sales through education, engagement, and active selling Earn commission or performance-based incentives tied to sales and demo results Transport products, demo materials, and equipment between locations Maintain a clean, organized, and professional demo setup Complete required reporting on demo activity, customer feedback, and sales performance Follow all retailer policies, event guidelines, health and safety standards, and company procedures
Qualifications & Skills

Strong interest or background in fitness, sports nutrition, or wellness Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident, outgoing, and sales-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate-weight items Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance Comfortable working independently and traveling between locations Previous experience in retail sales, product demonstrations, or brand ambassador roles is an asset Food Safe Level 1 certification is an asset (required if sampling food or beverages)
Vehicle & Travel Requirements

Access to a reliable vehicle is mandatory

Ability to travel to multiple retail locations and off-site sales events Mileage and travel reimbursement provided in accordance with company policy

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada Employment standards will comply with applicable provincial Employment Standards legislation This role does not provide medical or nutritional advice and complies with Health Canada marketing and labeling regulations Full training provided to ensure product knowledge and regulatory compliance

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
