Canterbury is seeking a highly motivated

Demand &

Production Planner

to support the Operations and Manufacturing teams across Canterbury. As an Operations team member you will join the team in Burnaby & Richmond BC.



The Demand & Production Planner is responsible for developing and executing integrated plans that align customer demand, production capacity, and material availability. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role translates demand into actionable long and short-term production schedules, ensuring alignment with business goals, operational capacity, and inventory requirements. Continuously driving accurate forecasting, efficient production planning, and clear, data-driven insights to support company-wide strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

You have:

At least 3 years of equivalent experience with a demonstrated track record of success. Post-secondary degree in a related field such as Business or Supply Chain Management experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience. CPIM, CSCP preferred. Proficient expertise and extensive experience utilizing the full MS Office suite. Experience with Dynamics AX would be beneficial.

Schedule:

In-house, hybrid between our Burnaby and Richmond roastery locations 7:30am - 4:00 pm Monday to Friday
