Do you want to impact our business success and accelerate sales growth across customers, regions, and products? We seek a Demand Marketing Director to take EAS marketing activities globally and face multiple accounts in MANA (North America) to the next level.

In this role, you will translate sales objectives into marketing objectives and plans, provide data-driven market & customer insights, and advise on marketing opportunities while orchestrating the successful execution of marketing programs.

It\xc2\xb4s about influencing and transporting value proposition while building impactful customer experience through digital marketing and physical events.

During that journey, you will closely collaborate with our customers and internal Product and account management, Technical Sales Marketing, and further Ericsson Networks functions while handling sophisticated content in an exciting, fast-paced international B2B environment.

What you will do:

  • Develop & and deliver demand marketing strategy in alignment with business priorities and customer needs.
  • Build & and implement a strategic and tactical demand plan, crafting leverage and efficiency across coordinated Physical and digital channels, driving more significant marketing ROI, and leading within budget constraints.
  • Identify new channels for inbound lead generation, including email marketing, paid search, content syndication, social advertising, webinars, and external and internal influencers working closely with market area and global teams!
  • Implement demand generation and pipeline acceleration activities for use by the field and align these activities with local follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive account profiles and target personas working with Market area Marketing teams.
  • Apply repeatable processes for lead generation and follow-up.
  • Apply marketing software tools for program evaluation.
  • Engages in an active feedback loop with the global marketing leadership team, other Demand Marketing Managers, and the Global Marketing Team as a whole
  • Work with the global marketing team to improve the quality and efficiency of programs, focusing on learning and driving continual improvements to business results.
  • Optimize our lead-cultivating processes through digital, email, content, and social channels.
  • Plan, develop, and implement sales assets and orchestrate involved stakeholders.
  • Shape and transport value proposition
  • Drive success stories and use cases to leverage.
  • Take ownership of customer engagements and build impactful customer experiences for multiple accounts,
  • Planned, initiated, and supervised global and regional marketing campaigns, ensuring and encouraging close partnerships between marketing and sales teams.
  • Define, drive, and implement customer communication strategy within the Market Areas, adding valuable customer touchpoints.
  • Support specific events, trainings, workshops, and activities based on market area and global campaign activation plans.
  • Jointly collaborate with the market area M&C teams to build positive relationships with key customers and their marketing functions, to engage early in the sales journey, and to strengthen the awareness of Ericsson.
You will bring:
  • A Bachelor\'s, Master\xc2\xb4s, or University degree in marketing & communications, business, engineering, or an equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrated Marketing experience working with sophisticated products in an international B2B environment.
  • Excellent marketing knowledge and a strong background in successfully planning and driving marketing strategies and programs.
  • Profound understanding of sales methodology and global/strategic account planning processes, buying processes, demand generation, value proposition, product releases, relevant success metrics, and supporting technologies (e.g., CRM, Marketo, etc.)
  • Confirmed project management skills - well organized, able to drive multiple simultaneous projects and handle stakeholders in a global matrix organization.
  • In-depth telecommunication market and customer understanding, with Ericsson\'s business and Antenna System portfolio knowledge to be considered a merit.
  • Driven interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, optimally interacting with senior/executive management on all levels.
  • Outstanding goal- and result-oriented as well as cost- and quality-conscious customer-centric high-reaching approach
  • High creativity with an analytical and methodical approach and strong problem-solving skills
  • Full proficiency in English, both written and spoken
