The Opportunity
Catalis, a leading SaaS and payments technology partner powering state and local governments, is seeking a Demand Generation Lead to design, execute, and optimize campaigns that generate qualified leads and advance pipeline growth across multiple product verticals. This role will lead the strategy and execution of email-based nurture campaigns, demand-gen webinars, and Tourial interactive product tours, partnering closely with vertical marketing leads, sales, and product teams to drive measurable engagement and conversion.
What you Will do
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns aligned to vertical sales priorities and target personas (Courts, Payments, Tax & CAMA, Public Works, Regulatory & Compliance). Build segmented and automated email nurture streams within Salesforce and marketing automation tools to advance leads from MQL to SAL.
Partner with content and creative teams to develop compelling copy, graphics, and calls-to-action tailored to each stage of the buyer journey.
Manage the Tourial product tour program, ensuring each tour aligns to campaign messaging, supports conversion goals, and integrates with analytics and Salesforce tracking.
Plan and execute demand generation webinars including topic selection, speaker coordination, promotional emails, follow-up nurtures, and performance analysis.
Performance Optimization & Reporting
Define and track campaign KPIs including MQL volume, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
Leverage Salesforce dashboards and marketing automation analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
Conduct A/B testing of subject lines, creative assets, and CTA placement to continually improve engagement and conversion performance.
Collaborate with SEO/GEO and content marketing teams to ensure alignment between organic and email/webinar campaigns.
Collaboration & Alignment
Work cross-functionally with Vertical Marketing Leads to synchronize messaging and lead flow between campaigns, webinars, and product tours.
Coordinate with the Sales organization to ensure timely follow-up, feedback loops, and alignment on lead scoring and campaign performance.
Partner with the Events Lead and Product Marketing to amplify campaigns pre- and post-tradeshow and integrate Tourial tours into the broader digital funnel.
Requirements:
What you Will Need to Succeed
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
2-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, preferably within technology or government sectors.
Proven success managing email marketing, webinars, and digital funnel optimization from concept through analytics.
Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (Pardot, or equivalent).
Familiarity with Tourial or similar interactive product-tour tools strongly preferred.
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills with a data-driven mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple concurrent campaigns.
