5+ years' progressive experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management with related experience in purchasing, logistics and inventory management systems.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Strong quantitative analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Advanced knowledge of forecasting and budgeting processes.
Hands-on experience with demand planning software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Power BI, Tableau). SAP implementation
