Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Delivery/Stock Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the logistics of product delivery, ensuring that inventory is accurately tracked and maintained. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Delivery Coordinator will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction through timely and efficient delivery services.

Duties

Oversee the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory control. Utilize pallet jacks for efficient inventory management. Load and unload products safely, adhering to all safety protocols while performing heavy lifting as required. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment. Collaborate with team members to coordinate deliveries, ensuring timely dispatch of goods. Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising products, and maintaining an organized display area. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to deliveries. Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment such as truck to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of inventory management practices. Proficiency in using pallet jacks; forklift certification is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting of up to 50lbs with pulling on pallets up to 1200 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in tracking inventory levels and product placement. Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration with team members and provide outstanding customer service. Pay: $15.65-$19.00 per hour
