Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery-Route Driver (Class 3) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting cold goods to various locations while ensuring exceptional customer service. You will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency of our operations and ensuring that deliveries are made safely and on time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Able to perform pre-trip inspections of delivery trucks. Work with Warehouse to ensure customer orders are accurate. Operate refrigerated reefers. Transport milk products to various locations in the Lower Mainland on time in a safe and friendly manner. Keep accurate product and delivery records, report shortages, overages and returns. Health and Safety focus, report incidents immediately. Perform general cleaning duties.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of verifiable truck or van driving experience, route delivery is a plus Working with refrigerated product (1+ year preferred). Class 3 BC Driver's license and recent driver's abstract with no offences within 5 years. Must be able to Read and Write in English, French not required. Ability to interpret and adhere to laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures. Physically able to lift up to 23kg/50lbs; frequent lifting and bending. Adhere to and attend all scheduled shifts. Ability to work and drive in all types of weather.

40-45 per week

Shifts:

8-10 hour shifts, 5am until finished, Monday to Friday

Hourly Rate:

$28.50 per hour
