Job Description

Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently load and unload flooring materials onto delivery trucks. Prepare orders for delivery by accurately picking and packing products. Conduct thorough inspections of products before loading and upon delivery to ensure quality and accuracy. Drive delivery vehicles to designated locations while adhering to traffic and safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by representing our company in a professional and friendly manner during deliveries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to promote a safe working environment. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily delivery targets and meet customer expectations. Job duties include of lifting 50LB plus boxes of tiles and hardwood.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record ( drivers abstract ). Criminal records check. Proven experience in warehouse operations and material handling. Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with basic computer operations for order tracking and communication. Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Prior experience with flooring materials is a plus. Forklift Operator Certificate would be a bonus.
