The role:

We are adding a Delivery & Warehouse Associate to our team in Saskatoon, SK. We need a reliable, hands-on team player who is passionate about enriching the lives of the clients we serve. You are adaptable, eager to learn, and driven to complete tasks accurately and on time. Whether preparing inventory in the warehouse or delivering equipment to clients in the community, you bring strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and an outstanding work ethic to every task.

How you will spend your days:

Delivery & Service Support.

Liaise with Service Coordinators to ensure accuracy of orders and routes. Deliver, pick up, and assemble mobility equipment at client homes, care facilities, and other sites. Perform basic troubleshooting, repairs, and adjustments to equipment, and provide support on service calls when needed.

Warehouse Operations.

Receive, store, organize, and manage inventory using Navision. Maintain accurate stock levels through cycle counts and ensure items are staged correctly for delivery. Clean, disinfect, and charge rental or loaner equipment before storage or delivery.

Customer Experience.

Provide timely, respectful, and empathetic customer service. Build trust with clients and vendors by ensuring equipment is safe, functional, and delivered as promised.

Teamwork.

Actively support your team by assisting with tasks inside and outside the warehouse. Step in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.

What you bring:

Education & Experience.

A high school diploma with at least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, delivery, or inventory handling role. Experience with mobility equipment or mechanical work is an asset.

Technical & Mechanical Skills.

Comfortable with hand tools, able to assemble/disassemble mobility devices, and perform basic repairs. Experience with Navision or other warehouse systems is considered a plus.

Communication Skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and colleagues.

Flexibility & Problem-Solving.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple tasks, and adapt between warehouse and delivery duties.

Other Requirements.

Ability to lift up to 50lbs, a valid Class 5 driver's license, a clean criminal background check, and bond ability. Forklift certification is considered an asset.
