Responsibilities

Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move products and materials. Assist in loading and unloading shipments, ensuring accurate inventory management. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Perform heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Communicate effectively with team members and management to coordinate operations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards. Contribute to team efforts by collaborating with colleagues on various projects.

Requirements

Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers. Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks regularly. Experience operating forklifts is highly desirable. A valid commercial driving license is a plus for potential driving responsibilities. A customer service-oriented attitude with the ability to handle inquiries professionally. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
