The Role

The delivery systems coordinator is responsible for ensuring processes and systems are in place, connected and functioning to maintain and improve design productivity while limiting risk within technical services. Reporting to the director, deliver, technical services, the delivery systems coordinator will engage or occasionally audit, people, projects and tasks to provide support and guidance on the use of our design tools, maximizing design integration and value.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage all technical services engineering and design systems, process, software integration and related documentation;
  • Including various CAD software\'s and procedures, administration and management of Cameco\'s Vault system, management and oversight or our 3d Laser Scanning team equipment and processes among other
  • Enable more extensive use of our 3D data to support project execution
  • Enable and support our field execution teams to access and utilize 3D information
  • supporting construction and commissioning contractors access and utilize 3D information
  • promote and enable project teams to use data rich information for work/schedule planning
  • Enable and support use of virtual reality and BIM by our project teams
Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement to support technical services objectives and strategic planning * Provide oversight, improve quality and related to our design software integration across multiple disciplines

Required:
  • Diploma in engineering
  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience required in the areas of computer aided project execution, engineering procedures, supervisory skills, and project management skills
  • Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
  • A.Sc.T, C.E.T. or international equivalent
  • Experience with a variety of design software and tools - AutoDesk suite of design tools
  • Projects will be based at Cameco\'s northern Saskatchewan sites and Ontario operations. Occasional travel to these sites will be required
