This is more than just handing over keys--you will be the final point of contact, ensuring a seamless and exciting transition for our customers into their new or pre-owned vehicle, all within our brand-new, state-of-the-art delivery showroom. You are the key coordinator who brings the entire sales and service process to a perfect conclusion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery Coordination & Scheduling
Serve as the central liaison
between the Sales, Service, and Detailing Departments.
Coordinate the delivery schedule
to ensure all vehicles are prepped, fueled, detailed, and ready on timefor the customer's scheduled appointment.
Monitor vehicle status
(e.g., final service checks, accessory installation, and detailing) to proactively address any delays.
2. The Delivery Experience
Greet customers
in our dedicated delivery showroom and make them feel welcome and excited.
Conduct a thorough, professional, and engaging feature walk-through
of the customer's new vehicle (technology, safety features, infotainment, navigation, etc.).
Personalize the experience
to the customer's technical comfort level and specific vehicle needs.
Resolve any final vehicle presentation issues immediately to ensure
100% customer satisfaction

3. Post-Delivery Follow-Up
Perform a brief follow-up call/email
within 24-48 hours of delivery to answer any questions and ensure a positive start to their ownership experience.
Encourage customers to complete online satisfaction surveys based on their delivery experience.
Qualifications & Skills
1+ years of experience
in customer service, hospitality, automotive sales, or a related field preferred.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
--must be articulate, friendly, and patient.
Professional demeanor and polished presentation
suitable for a high-end customer environment.
