Air Borealis is currently seeking applications for a Full-Time Delivery Specialist to join our team in Tete a la Baleine, QC.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivery of mail;
• Ensure adherence to Transport Canada Regulations;
• Respond to mail inquires;
• Accept small freight;
• Issuing waybills and handling mail;
• Provide internal and external customer support;
• Manage mail supplies and inventory;
• Process mail for shipping based on customer needs;
• Perform general office duties as required;
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Completion of High School;
• Class 5 license; Class 4
• Ability to perform duties related to cash sales and POS system;
• Previous experience in customer service would be an asset;
• Ability to lift weight
• Excellent communication and organization skills;
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
