We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Delivery Specialist to join our team at Glenmore Audi.
This role is key in ensuring that every customer receives an exceptional and seamless experience when taking delivery of their new or pre-owned Audi. It is the responsibility of the Delivery Specialist to prepare vehicles and documentation for delivery, guiding customers through their new vehicle and Audi technology, and providing follow-up support to ensure an exceptional ownership experience.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Previous dealership experience an asset Valid driver's license with a clean abstract
