Physical Demands:
Walking and standing for long periods of time Is able to lift and carry up to 25 kg / 50 lbs Operate large and heavy equipment Transition between cold (e.g. freezer) and hot (e.g. oven) Receive large deliveries and organize by following FIFO twice weekly

Organize inventoried items in the BOH (back of house) Clean the Walk-in Fridge/Freezer Maintain the BOH neat and clean
