About the Role

As a

Delivery Prime

, you will be the key interface between Sales, Operations, and Finance, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of customer deliveries. You will manage order processing, quoting, and customer communications, while maintaining accuracy and efficiency across systems and processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and manage customer orders in the ERP system Communicate order details to the delivery team and track shipments Verify product configurations on quotes and orders Monitor and update purchase order status in ERP Build, send, and adjust quotations, RFQs, and RFPs Provide customer service related to sales and quoting Follow up with customers post-RFQ/RFP submissions Collect customer contact, address, and banking information Ensure accuracy and completeness of delivery documentation Collaborate with internal teams to resolve delivery issues and improve processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

Undergraduate degree with strong academic performance 0-3 years of experience in project or delivery coordination Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities Organized and logical approach to problem-solving Experience with ERP or PLM systems (Epicor preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
