We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Delivery Operations Coordinator to keep our logistics running smoothly and our customers happy. In this role, you'll be the central point of contact on delivery days--supporting drivers, confirming schedules, and ensuring every order is accurately planned and documented. You'll manage routing, track service exceptions, and handle claims with professionalism and care. Beyond coordination, you'll play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy by reconciling delivery data for billing and subcontractor payments. Key Responsibilities
Delivery Coordination - Confirm orders, plan routes, and support drivers and customers on delivery days.
Customer Service & Claims - Resolve service issues and damage claims professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
Data & Documentation - Maintain accurate delivery records, reconcile data for billing, and keep compliance files up to date.
Subcontractor Support - Assist with onboarding and monitor contractor documentation for compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements
2-4 years of experience in logistics coordination or fast-paced business operations
Post-secondary coursework in supply chain, business, accounting, or a related field (preferred)
Invoicing experience or experience preparing and verifying financial data is an asset
High proficiency with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
Strong organizational and communication skills
