Position Summary:


Join Cycura as a Delivery Manager, helping ensure the successful delivery of projects and services that help maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our client's security! For someone with a passion for managing the delivery of novel technology, a keen interest in staying abreast of the evolving security landscape, and a devotion for delivering on-time and within-budget projects; this opportunity positions you in a high-impact role, helping clients protect their most critical assets by flexing your problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership skills. What you will be doing:

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects and services, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
• Lead a team of cybersecurity experts, oversee demand management, and manage resource utilization
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies
• Manage project status reporting for internal and external stakeholders
• Manage the quality assurance of project deliverables
• Manage client expectations and address issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Foster collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders
• Identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and quality of delivery.
• Implement and uphold best practices for project and service management.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and incorporate lessons learned into future initiatives

You have:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, computer science (or related field) • 5+ years of experience in project management, service delivery, or related role
• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile-related certifications considered an asset
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent technical writing skills
• Expert presentation skills
• Ability to communicate business outcomes within subject area of expertise to clients (internal/external)



The salary offered for this position falls within a specified salary range and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific needs of the organization.
