Responsibilities

Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products to customers and clients Load and unload goods using moving equipment such as forklifts when necessary Ensure accurate delivery by verifying orders and delivery addresses Maintain communication with dispatch to coordinate routes and delivery schedules Assist with warehouse tasks including moving inventory and organizing stock Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and courteously Follow all safety protocols during transportation, loading, and unloading processes Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly

Skills

Experience in warehouse operations, including moving and forklift operation is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading and unloading tasks Excellent communication skills for clear navigation instructions and customer interactions Prior experience in commercial driving or related roles is advantageous Physical stamina for extended periods of moving, lifting, and driving throughout the day Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and familiarity with local traffic laws
