Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery Driver / Warehouse to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and delivery processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for moving products, assisting with inventory management, and providing excellent customer service during deliveries. Duties

Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, to move and organize products. Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently while ensuring the accuracy of shipments. Assist in maintaining inventory levels by performing regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to provide updates on deliveries and address any concerns. Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper lifting techniques are used to maintain safety. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse to promote safety and efficiency.

Skills

Strong ability to move items safely and efficiently within a warehouse setting. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers. Experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred but not mandatory. Customer service skills to ensure positive interactions during deliveries. Forklift certification is a plus; willingness to obtain certification if not already held. Valid commercial driving license may be required depending on delivery responsibilities. Capability to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly throughout the workday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Are you able to drive a 26' Box truck? G license only required. Are you ok with Driving 2-4 days a week and spending the other days doing shipping/warehouse duties? Are you ok with delivering from Niagara Falls to GTA? Are you ok with hand unloading the truck? Some items a pump cart can be used but a lot of items need to be unloaded by hand.
