Neo-Image Candlelight Ltd. is a family-owned and operated candle manufacturing company located in Mississauga Ontario. We have been in continuous business since 1976 serving the consumer and commercial industries. We design, manufacture and market our products through traditional wholesale channels and direct channels such as our award-winning online website and our company-owned retail stores under our Yummi Candles banner.

We have a career opening for a Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate, who can pick, pack, and prepare their pallets as well as manage deliveries within the GTA and between our clients and our retail store. The following responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:

Job duties and responsibilities:

Assemble pallets, containers, crates within the warehouse by lot number

Process orders on the internal inventory system and maintains the database

Record shortages and reject damaged goods

Coordinate with customer service and courier companies for shipments

Operate forklift or hand truck to receive and route goods to appropriate storage areas

Drive the delivery truck in acceptable weather conditions around the GTA, while making deliveries in a timely and efficient manner

Read delivery instructions and maps accordingly

Provide our customers and clients with a professional happy demeanour

Complete driver's checklist accurately and legibly

Able to work with limited supervision while willing to take initiative and work in a team environment

Skills and Qualifications:

A valid G class driver's licence, and a clean driving record for the past 5 years

A valid forklift licence and CSA approved safety work boots (asset)

Comfortable driving in weather permitting conditions across the GTA while displaying time management

Must be able to lift to 50 pounds, with caution

A friendly and engaging personality with excellent customer service skills

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

Must be able to work with minimal or no supervision

Able to work alone and as a team member

HOURS: 37.5-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7:30am-3:30pm
