Overview:

We are seeking a Delivery Drive to join our team at our Bakery. As a Delivery driver, you will be responsible for assembling and packaging products using hand tools and mechanical knowledge. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the efficient operation of our Bakery.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable Van Driver to join our team. The Van Driver will be responsible for transporting baked goods between locations in a safe and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

- Safely operate a company van between production and store- Load and unload baked goods with care, ensuring proper handling and securing of items - Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections - Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members - Provide excellent customer service during deliveries - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations - Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of the vehicle

Experience:

- Prior experience in a warehouse or delivery role is preferred - Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks - Commercial driving experience is a plus - Familiarity with forklift operation is advantageous

Additional duties also include some pre-loading jobs:

- Assemble and package products according to specific instructions

- Use hand tools and machine (bread-slicer)

- Ensure that all packaging meets quality standards and is properly labeled

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Skills for additional duties:

- Proficiency in using hand tools for assembly and packaging tasks

- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions

-Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate packaging and labeling

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
