Our pricing model is designed to give our customers excellent value for the products they enjoy. Responsibilities Vehicle required for deliveries - delivery income of 5 dollars plus tips per drop
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week Salary: $15.50-$18.00 per hour Benefits:
- Always greet customers when they come into the store.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and educate them on responsible cannabis use
- Manage Point of Sale (POS) Terminal (Greenline POS experience considered an asset)
- Help Store/Assistant Managers open and close at the beginning or end of shifts following company and provincial/federal guidelines.
- Report any suspicious behaviors or abusive customers to Store/Assistant Managers.
- General housekeeping of store spaces (vacuum/sweep sales floor area, wipe down counters & glass display cabinets, etc.).
- Promptly ID all customers who look under the age of 25 years, as required by Cannabis Retail Store Handbook.
- Abide by all company policies and procedures as directed by the Store/Assistant Managers.
- Available to work any shift between 8:45 am to 11:15 pm Monday to Sunday.
- Create an educational and informative experience for all customers, regardless of their experience with cannabis.
- Must be 19+ (No Exceptions)
- Cansell Standard Certification
- Desire and ability to develop a positive in-depth understanding of cannabis.
- Police Check within the last 6 months.
- Able to lift boxes 5-40lbs
- Team player
- Able to compute basic mathematical problems.
- Available to work Monday to Sunday 8:45 am until 11:15 pm.
- Familiarity with the Burlington community is considered an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with computers & iPads.
- Vehicle required for deliveries.
- Clean driving abstract
- G/G2 License
