We are seeking a reliable and motivated Food Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering food orders to our customers in a timely and friendly manner. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers receive their orders accurately and in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick up food orders from our kitchen.
Deliver orders to customers' homes or specified locations.
Ensure timely and efficient delivery while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
Verify orders for accuracy before leaving the restaurant.
Communicate with customers regarding delivery status and any issues that may arise.
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
Handle cash and digital payments securely.
Assist with occasional in-store tasks, such as packing orders or managing inventory, or prep duties.
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Must have access to a reliable vehicle
Familiarity with local streets and neighborhoods.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
Previous experience in delivery or customer service is a plus.
