Overview

We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities

Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to assigned destinations Load and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment as needed Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to maintain safety standards Maintain proper documentation of deliveries and vehicle logs Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status Assist with warehouse duties such as inventory management and freight handling when required Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during deliveries

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record suitable for commercial driving Experience operating forklifts, heavy equipment, or freight handling preferred Knowledge of automotive repair or maintenance is a plus Ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks as needed Prior experience in logistics, freight transportation, or related fields is advantageous
