Protec Dental Laboratories is a growing full-service dental laboratory located in Olympic Village area. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in the Logistics Department as a Delivery Driver - Surrey. The ideal candidate must have good communication and interpersonal skills, a natural curiosity and willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as a team player and independently. This position will be working out of our Surrey Depot.

The Delivery Driver - Surrey will report to the Shipping and Logistics Manager.

What You Will Be Doing

? Deliver and pick up light packages to our clients on varied routes in all weather/traffic conditions.

? Conduct daily pre-trip inspection and routine maintenance on the vehicle.

? Follow routes and tight deadlines and complete all required paperwork.

? Notify dispatch of any vehicle breakdowns and repairs immediately.

? Sort, disinfect and pan dental models and impressions

What You Will Need

? 2 years of experience as a professional delivery driver.

? Valid class 5 license driver's license.

? A clean driving record with no traffic violations. (Abstract must be provided)

? Excellent organizational and time management skills.

? High school degree.

? Focus on customer service.

? Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.

? Speak, read and write English fluently.

? Thorough knowledge of Lower Mainland and Surrey.

? Able to lift up to 40 pounds

Job Type

Full-time Monday to Friday during business hours (8:00am-6:00pm)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.19 per hour
