Compensation:

Pay per Package ($1.05 per package), 100-180 packages per day.

Responsibilities:

As a Sub-Contractor/Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for:

Timely and Accurate Deliveries:

Picking up packages from designated locations and delivering them to various addresses within the Sydney area, adhering to established timelines and routes.

Route Optimization:

Planning and executing efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and meet delivery targets.

Package Handling:

Safely loading, unloading, and securing packages to prevent damage during transit.

Customer Service:

Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers during deliveries.

Documentation:

Accurately completing all necessary delivery documentation, including proof of delivery and any incident reports.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Ensuring your own vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and in good working order for daily deliveries.

Compliance:

Adhering to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

Communication:

Maintaining open and clear communication with M.P. Group dispatch and management.

Qualifications:

Valid Class 5 (or equivalent) driver's license with a clean driving record. Clean Criminal background and driver abstract. (required before joining) Ability to lift and carry packages of various weights and sizes. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong geographical knowledge of Sydney and surrounding areas. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prior delivery experience or at least 5 year driving experience is required . Must be legally authorized to work as an independent contractor in Canada.
