Job Description
The
Delivery Driver
is responsible for loading and unloading the delivery vehicle (Class G or 5) and delivering tires (light vehicle, tires weighting up to 70 lbs) directly to customers within the prescribed timeframe.Temporary Contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week, some Saturdays. Possible paid overtime
Salary: 20.06$/h
Responsibilities:
Load and unload delivery trucks; Drive 16-foot truck safely; Complete shipping documents;
Success Factors:
Possess a valid Class G or Class 5 driver's license Ability to perform physical work and lift loads from
50
to 70lbs;
Must havesafety boots;
A good grasp of theEnglish
language, both written and spoken Exceptionalcustomer service
skills Driving skills with the ability to operatemultiple vehicle types including a 5 ton cube van.
Must be able to maneuver these vehicles in tight spaces The ability to driverlonger distances over 100 km
